Choose Your Donation Type

  • Resident of the Durham Region (Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, etc.)
  • Low-income household or facing sudden financial hardship.
  • Able to provide proof of identification and household expenses.
  • Willingness to participate in a brief phone intake interview.

How To Apply

Document Instructions

Please upload the following:

  • Government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport or Driver’s License). If your ID does not show your current address, please also upload a separate document showing your address (e.g., utility bill or official letter).
  • Bank statements for the last 3 months (all pages, showing all transactions and income)
  • Most recent Notice of Assessment from CRA (if applicable)

If you are applying with dependents, please upload proof of ID for each dependent as well.
All documents must be clear and complete. Incomplete or unclear submissions may delay your application. All information is kept strictly confidential.
